Main activities

detects and troubleshoots electrical equipment, uses test equipment and diagnostic skills; 
troubleshoots, repairs and maintains electrical equipment, including cables, connectors, motors, control systems, etc.; 
adjusts or replaces electrical components such as fuses, sensors, relays, etc.; 
performs pilot tests and quality control procedures after repairs, ensures that equipment is functioning properly; 
configures and programs electrical control systems such as automation or remote control.
