721101 - Casting quality controller

Ensures the quality of the product being manufactured during technological processes. Controls the course of the technological process in the service area, is responsible for the readings of control and measuring devices and the results of analyzes according to control cards.

Main activities

* perform control of the production and assembly process so that it complies with the established technological requirements and standards, adhere to quality and work safety requirements;
* identify unsuitable raw materials and semi-finished products;
* determine the defects of castings and suggests their removal;
* provide consultations to company managers and other technical employees;
* identify production defects, wear and deviations from technical requirements.
