Meets and registers guests in hotels and other accommodation service providing companies. Assigns rooms, issues keys, provides information about services, books rooms, manages information about free rooms, presents bills to departing guests and accepts payments.
Main activities
* accept guest orders, check their identity and help with any information they might need;
* know all the information about the services provided to be able to answer all customer questions and ensure they get the necessary information;
* listen to the client's problem, assess its severity and provide a solution that will help the client solve the problem;
* manage customer request registration and necessary information to ensure effective cooperation with other departments;
* provide information about room types, prices and other services, also check if rooms are available and register reservations.
