Responsible for overseeing the operation of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and for providing technical support to users and problem resolution.


Main activities

• maintains ICT infrastructure and ensures smooth operation, including maintenance of servers, network, software and databases;
• provides users with technical support related to ICT infrastructure and software;
• diagnoses problems, including the search for various errors and faults, and makes decisions;
• leads ICT projects and implements them;
• ensures the security of ICT systems and the implementation of measures to protect data and information.
