Main activities
* welcome clients or members, direct them to body conditioning trainers, provide advice and assistance;
* clarify individual motives for short-term, medium-term and long-term body conditioning goals;
* propose appropriate exercise modifications, taking into account individual differences or needs of clients, give advice on intensity and progress;
* collect information related to individual clients about their physical readiness, determine what advice to give them, before starting a physical assessment and sports activity;
* provide information to clients about the role of physical activity, exercise methods and related services, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle for daily life.
