Manages the organization's procurement process and meets all of its procurement needs. Participates in every step of the procurement process and collaborates with professionals from other departments in the organization to gain specialized knowledge that may not be available.
Main activities
• manages public procurement processes, plans procurement, prepares and publishes documents, evaluates proposals and concludes contracts;
• ensures legality and transparency of public procurement, complies with local and European Union legislation;
• communicates with suppliers, owners of the purchase object and other stakeholders;
• advises the public institution on legal issues of public procurement;
• collects and analyzes information about market trends and innovations.
