Designs and custom-fits compensatory devices for persons who have lost a limb due to accident, disease or congenital disease, or for persons whose health has deteriorated, who have impairments or deficiencies due to injury, pathology or congenital abnormality. Designs and manufactures devices based on patient needs.

Main activities

• conducts a workplace assessment and identifies potential risk factors;
• recommends and implements compensatory measures, ensures the safety, health and well-being of employees;
• prepares reports and documentation related to job evaluation and compensation measures;
• investigates incidents at workplaces, determines causes and provides recommendations, avoids similar incidents in the future;
• communicates with employees and managers, understands the importance of job evaluation and compensation measures.
