Performs technical nursery cultivation and care work, site preparation, planting and tree seedling care, ensures sustainability and efficiency of wood production.

Main activities

* set strategic goals, manage the nursery, create work schedules, staff allocation, resource planning and other organizational actions;
* have experience in plant care, ensure nursery sustainability and productivity, planting processes, watering, fertilizing and cultivation processes;
* protect the nursery from pests, select appropriate chemicals;
* collect, transports and processes wood, use antiseptics, chemical substances and other methods in the wood processing process, preserves wood quality;
* manage finances, perform financial analysis and plan wood production processes, determine wood production and sales prices.

* apply forestry and plant care principles;
* possess communication, organization and planning skills;
* know about nursery protection from pests and diseases;
* know about wood processing processes;
* have knowledge of financial analysis.
