Specializes in the field of forestry, performs forest inventory and accounting, evaluates the condition of forests, analyzes their use and economic activity, prepares forest farm development projects. Performs other technical work related to forestry, is responsible for the management and care of forest ecosystems. Understands and knows forest biology, chemistry, geology and climatology, forest affairs and economics.

Main activities

* collect data on forest condition, growth and quality;
* plan and controls the activities of the forest farm, tree felling, the growth of new forests and the choice of species;
* ensure the sustainability of the forest ecosystem, the protection of natural resources, the defense of the forest from fires and pests, as well as the preservation of biological diversity;
* cooperate with other forest specialists, government institutions and interested persons, achieves sustainable forest management goals.
