Main activities

* responsible for planning and organizing projects, understand project requirements, plan manpower and resources, coordinate the progress of work, adhere to project deadlines;
* manage manpower, assign work tasks, train workers, control work quality and ensure work safety;
* ensure that employees comply with work safety rules and procedures, recognize hazardous working conditions and anticipate preventive measures;
* communicate with clients and project managers, solve problems related to the progress of the project, inform about project progress;
* monitor the progress of work and adherence to schedule, check, identify potential quality problems.
