Performs technical tasks related to investigative work in mechanical engineering and the design, production, assembly, installation, use, technical maintenance and repair of machines, their parts and mechanical equipment. Prepares and adjusts projects and performs tests, prepares forms and drawings, compares and explains data and prepares reports.

Main activities

* read the technical drawings of the product made by the engineer, suggest improvements, make product models or uses them;
* collaborate with engineers, ensure common understanding and discuss product design, development and improvement;
* interpret and analyze data obtained during tests, formulate conclusions, new insights or solutions;
* identify problems related to the activity and solve them and accordingly report on this;
* design engineering parts, assemblies, products or systems.
