Prepares and executes construction plans and undertakes organizational tasks, plans and monitors construction works, provides proposals and issues invoices for construction works. Calculates essential requirements and acquires and organizes construction materials, ensures their quality, prepares and consults on construction implementation strategies.

Main activities

* apply appropriate health and safety procedures, perform construction works, avoid accidents, pollution and other hazards;
* use drone technologies for various purposes, create topographic maps for building and land measurement, remote monitoring, thermal imaging recording purposes;
* use specialized software, create technical projects and technical drawings;
* register work progress, time, defects, deficiencies;
* review all tasks, identifies priority tasks, plan their execution and include newly assigned tasks.
