311201 - Construction engineering evaluator (estimator)

Ensures the administration and monitoring of project, task and quality technical and engineering files. Performs experiments, participates in on-site visits and administers information gathering related to construction work, buildings, water supply and sewage systems design, construction and operation, technical maintenance and repair.

Main activities

* inspect buildings and construction sites and prepare scouting reports;
* check approved construction plans, project technical specifications, related laws and compliance of regulatory documents;
* calculate the required amount of materials and labor costs, conduct technical construction supervision;
* control used materials, oversee that construction takes place according to the project and evaluate;
* calculate actual work volumes performed, control work quality and implementation control, inspect buildings and structures, identify and eliminate fire hazards.
