Evaluates the performance of networks, integrated hardware, software, communication, and operating systems and suggests improvements. Programs computer networks based on computer-to-computer interfaces through communication devices (cables, radio communication, satellite communication), performs comparative analysis, and searches for the most optimal option for data transfer between computer system elements.
Main activities
* identify current data flow and assess the impact of its increase on the information and communication technology network;
* examine the transmission capacity requirements of the ICT network or other telecommunication systems;
* apply internet protocol configuration, collect data on transmission control protocol and internet protocol (TCP/IP) configuration values, identify devices and their ip addresses;
* assess the functionality of the information network infrastructure, identify failures, perform routine maintenance tasks, prevent failures, and ensure continuous access;
* prepare documentation for existing and future products or services, describe their features and composition in a way that is understandable to a broad audience and meet established requirements and standards.
