Analyzes clients' or employers' problems and needs for data processing, advises on computer data processing reliability issues, and creates appropriate systems and procedures: consults with the client or management to clarify specific requirements for data processing, assess the reliability and costs of computer data processing systems, examines the availability of input data, creates alternative or improved methods and procedures when applicable computer programs are used, prepares process sequence diagrams and other descriptions and procedures that the programmer will follow, conduct practical tests to verify system suitability and makes necessary adjustments.

* prepare research documents, present the results of the study and analysis project, indicate the analysis procedures and methods used to obtain the results, and explains them;

* use specific methods and methodologies to analyze the data requirements of organizational processes, aiming to create conceptual, logical, and physical models for them;
* implement backup data recovery procedures, ensure continuous and reliable system operation, create backup databases, copy and archive data, ensure integrity during system integration, and data loss.
