Prepares software test plans, procedures, scenarios, performs and documents software tests, tests, adjusts, and fixes software. Ensures the proper functioning of applied software before handing it over to internal and external clients.
Main activities
* use specialized software tools, perform tests, ensure software product performance according to established customer requirements, identify software defects (bugs) and failures;
* use specialized tools to reproduce and analyze conditions that led to a particular situation related to software or results specified by the client to make appropriate decisions;
* submit a report on test results, focusing mainly on results and recommendations, separating results by importance;
* describe software testing procedures to the technical team and result analyses to users and clients, informing them about the state and effectiveness of the software;
* determine the advantages and disadvantages of various concepts related to a specific problem situation to prepare decisions and alternative solutions.
