This classification includes other systems analysts who are not listed in the 2511 sub-group „Systems Analysts“, who perform scientific research work, analyze and evaluate procedures or problems, customer requirements for information technology, as well as prepare and implement proposals, recommendations, and plans for improving existing or future information systems.

Main activities

* formulate and documents user requirements, consult with them, agree on system principles;
* identify and analyze business processes and procedures, recommend system functionality and operation issues, prepare system test plans, approve and implements;
* evaluate software products or systems, identify functional and non-functional requirements, constraint, and possible use case sets illustrating software interaction and its users, specifications;
* prepare functional technical condition description used by system developers, plan system development;
* coordinate computer systems and harmonize them within the organization.
