Plans and organizes cultural events. Searches for cultural groups, invites them to events, organizes their service. Plans all stages of event venues, staff, suppliers, media and insurance, adheres to budget and deadlines. Ensures compliance with legal obligations. Collaborates with the marketing team, promotes the event, seeks new clients and collects constructive feedback after the event.
Main activities
• plans the event program, agenda, budget and services, takes into account customer requirements;
• manages direct administrative tasks, financial operations, dissemination of advertising material related to the upcoming event;
• monitors the progress of events, ensures compliance with regulations and legal acts, takes care of participants and solves any problems that arise;
• evaluates the success of recently organized events and provides recommendations for the organization of future events;
• maintains administrative and financial records for each upcoming event.
