Main activities
• collects, evaluates and presents data on the target market and customers, carries out strategic development and feasibility studies, determines market trends;
• finds out consumer expectations, desires and needs related to products and services;
• analyzes purchasing habits or prevailing consumer behavior;
• communicates and cooperates with advertising agencies, conveys the goals and specifications of the marketing plan, maintains relations, prepares an advertising and promotion campaign that meets the goals of the marketing plan;
• compares possible alternatives of products and services that customers could choose, seeks to convince them to make a decision that would benefit both the company and the customer.
