Main activities

* create a personal file, describing the individual's characteristics, personality, skills, and motivations, using information obtained during conversations;
* help prepare for job interviews, advise on communication and appearance, reviews frequently asked questions, identify personal and professional strengths and weaknesses;
* attract, verify, and select suitable individuals for work according to company policies and legal acts, define job functions, prepare interviews, hire new employees;
* apply a fair and transparent strategy, aiming to ensure equality in promotion, pay, learning opportunities, flexible work, and family support. Monitor and evaluate gender equality implementation practices in the workplace;
* prepare work reports, according to high record-keeping standards, clearly and understandably presenting results and conclusions.
