Main activities
* consult individuals on professional opportunities, provide consultations, and conduct professional activity tests and assessments;
* identify client needs and areas where the client can receive assistance, investigate possibilities to meet those needs;
* assess clients' professional competence, skills, and knowledge, uses tests, interviews, simulation activities according to predetermined standards or procedures, prepares a summary of results;
* help clients find a job, write a resume, identify career opportunities, prepare them for job interviews, and searche for available job positions;
* conduct training and education programs, practical seminars or employment projects, increases individuals' chances of finding a job, helps them acquire necessary qualifications and communication skills.
