Assess the impact of current policies and provides conclusions to the government and society members. Prepares reports to ensure communication with government institutions, forms policies and implementation methods.

* prepare reports according to specifications and provisions on the situation of intelligence information gathering, mission, and operation progress;
* monitor the possibility and development of specific political conflicts occurring between political parties, governments, or different countries in specific circumstances, determine their potential impact on the government sector's activities and public safety;
* consult lawmakers on new legislative proposals and the consideration of legal issues;
* provide consultations on risk management policy and prevention strategies and their implementation, understands various types of risks for a specific organization;
* advise governments or other public organizations on how to develop and implement foreign policy.
