A nursery teacher nurtures and cares for the child while protecting and strengthening their health, fostering the child's inner capacities that determine their normal personality development. They supervise children, ensure their safety, organize group and individual activities, and develop children's physical and communication skills. Children's language development through various games: storytelling, role-playing games, singing, reciting poetry, conversations, etc. They monitor children's achievements, behavior, and discuss any emerging child development and behavior issues with parents. They develop various children's skills, encourage children to be active, notice and evaluate the child's desire and efforts.
Main activities
* prepare lesson plans for the entire class or smaller groups, according to the established educational program;
* organize individual and group activities aimed at developing children's movement, cooperation, and social skills, as well as fostering confidence and understanding;
* monitor children's progress, provide individual assistance when needed, and evaluate children's knowledge and results;
* supervise children in the classroom and kindergarten premises, ensuring compliance with established safety and behavior rules;
* lead children's activities that allow for creative expression, using art, drama, music, and physical fitness.
