Develops food products and related products production processes, relies on chemical, physical, and biological principles and technologies. Designs and plans schemes or equipment, supervises employees, controls, and improves food technologies in food production processes.


Main activities

* perform food risk analysis, ensure food safety;
* responsible for additives or preservatives used in food production;
* monitor measuring devices, video monitors, and printed material, evaluates processing conditions, perform necessary time, cost, flow, and temperature settings or changes;
* create food products production or storage processes and methods, create, develop, compose, and manage industrial food production processes and methods;
* apply rules related to compliance with food production and food safety requirements, food safety procedures based on risk factors analysis and critical control points system.
