Main activities
* handle documents, arrange according to the documentation plan into appropriate document files, manage them, verify, use electronic (computer) document management systems;
* accept, accumulate, account for documents or their files, collaborates with equipment suppliers for mandatory technical documentation;
* process and transfer information to colleagues or clients;
* copy, scan or send documents by fax, prepare business correspondence;
* manage companies', institutions' documents, follow the latest rules for preparing, handling and accounting for documents, regulated by legal acts.
