Controls wire drawing processes, ensures high surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Knows how to use drawing benches. Controls the beginning and end of processes, eliminates disruptions and monitors external processing equipment, performs tests, records data and fills out the production journal.

Main activities

* monitor the bench and perform necessary adjustments and maintenance works;
* regulate temperature in the bench, measure it, adjust burners or heating elements to achieve the required alloy quantity and quality;
* monitor the quantity and quality of the alloy, timely notices any problem and take appropriate actions for their correction;
* control the drawing speed and process, achieve the required product quality;
* perform adjustments and maintenance works, so that the bench is serviced on time and necessary repair or replacement works are performed.
