Controls annealing processes of welding seams, monitors the operation of welding seam annealing equipment.

Main activities

* ensure that the machine is supplied with the necessary and appropriate materials, monitors the insertion and removal of products from machines in the production line;
* heat steel and metals in fire, apply and adjust heat controllers, achieve the appropriate casting temperature;
* check how automated machines work or performs regular control cycles, record data about the operating conditions of devices and equipment, identifies anomalies;
* set heat in the burner, adjust the thermostat according to the specified temperature and take into account each product specification;
* apply various methods to ensure product quality, adhere to quality standards, supervise products and shipment to different production departments.
