Collaborates with designers, operators and performers, manages the pyrotechnic elements of the performance based on the artistic or creative concept. Prepares pyrotechnics, prepares for work, maintains equipment, advises the technical team.

Main activities

• complies with work safety rules and pyrotechnic storage and transportation procedures;
• programs the equipment and controls the pyrosystem;
• ensures the safe use of explosives and flammable materials close to the performers and the audience;
• checks the depth and cleanliness of holes for explosive materials;
• determines the required location, quantity and type of pyrotechnics.
