754101 - Rescure work diver

Performs work of various complexity under water. Inspects water areas, parts of ship hulls and underwater equipment under water, carries out necessary repair work, lays cables and pipelines under water, inspects them and repairs faults, performs maintenance work on the operation of hydrotechnical equipment, waterways and canals, takes samples of underwater soil, carries out rescue work underwater and provides assistance to those who have had an accident in the water.

Main activities

•    inspects water areas, parts of ship hulls and underwater equipment under water; 
•    performs the necessary repair work, makes drawings of holes and damage, installs formwork and reinforcement on the holes; 
•    measures the depth to create a geodetic plan, takes underwater soil samples; 
•    carries out rescue work under water and provides assistance to those who have had an accident in water; 
•    checks the diver's equipment, troubleshoots it; supervises the decompression chamber, controls the rescue boat.
