Dries milk and other dairy products with drying equipment. Checks the quality of raw materials, pours them into thickening devices and transfers them for drying, monitors the drying process and the operation of the drying equipment. According to the readings of control measuring means, adjusts the thickness of the milk film on the surface of the drums, the revolutions of the crushing disk, the steam supply, the temperature regime of the drying process, transfers the finished product to the warehouses.
