Doses and mixes various raw materials according to a set recipe. Organoleptically and visually determines the quality of the resulting raw material, monitors whether various raw materials are properly dosed and added, adjusts the technological process of preparing confectionery masses according to the readings of dosing equipment measuring devices, monitors the temperature of fats coming into the recipe department, if necessary, heats the fats to the required temperature.
