Helps the baker to bake rye, wheat bread, wheat dough and other flour confectionery products. Guided by the baker, properly exploits technological devices, prepares raw materials, devices for work. During baking, monitors the readings of control measuring devices, takes out baked products, places them in containers, shapes the surface of baked goods, adheres to safe work rules.
