Main activities
prepares the raw materials for production, measures the ingredients, mixes them into the dough and raises it;
adds various ingredients - fruits, raisins, seeds, chocolate or glaze - to improve the taste and appearance of the product;
responsible for the use of decorations, icing, sugar frosting or cake frosting on products that create aesthetic value;
is responsible for the supervision of the workplace and ensures that all work processes are carried out in accordance with hygiene and safety standards;
cooperates with the baking team, ensures product integrity and quality.
