Assists the confectioner by preparing products, arranging confectionery tools and performing other tasks related to the production of confectionery products. Prepares various syrups and creams, cuts biscuits into pieces of the required size for cakes and cupcakes, prepares various semi-finished products, checks the weight of individual products, controls the quality of cooking according to control measurement devices, brings semi-finished products to the workplace.
