Main activities
prepares meat before production, cuts, cleans, marinates meat and performs other various preparatory procedures;
prepares meat products for production, including stuffing sausages, assembling frozen meat dishes;
ensures that the semi-finished products are properly prepared, arranged, packaged and labeled, complying with food safety requirements;
maintains proper temperature and hygiene conditions to maintain product quality and safety;
collaborates with the kitchen team, ensures that products are produced correctly and on time.
