Specializes in separate sausage production processes. Responsible for creating sausage recipes, preparation, processing, packaging and storage.
Main activities
* mix different types of meat and spice mixtures, get a tasty sausage mix;
* fill the sausage mix with round casings or other molding means;
* processes sausages, smokes, bakes, boils or heats according to established procedures;
* packs sausages and marks them accordingly;
* renews product warehouse stocks and ensures their safe storage.
