Cultivates, nurtures, and exploits the forest. Constantly works in the forest and supervises it. Collects tree seeds. Prepares soil for forest planting, plants and maintains greenery; performs pre-logging preparations; marks trees for felling, carries out educational and sanitary fellings.


Main activities

* evaluates forest restoration sites, selects seedlings, and plants trees using manual planting tools and forest stand establishment and maintenance;
* determine felling sites and assess wood quantity;
* collect seed cones, prune trees, assist in planting, conduct research, and mark trees for further operations;
* supervise stands of various species composition and structure, short-rotation plantation greenery;
* watche for forest fires, participate in fire extinguishing operations;
* perform sanitary fellings.
