Perform sanitary and aesthetic human remains handling, if necessary, special preparation of the deceased body to slow down decomposition. Prepares the deceased for the burial process at the request of relatives.
Main activities
* arrange transportation for moving remains from the place of death to the morgue or funeral home, to and from the catafalque and from the funeral home to the cemetery;
* wash and disinfect bodies, use makeup to create a more natural appearance and hide any visible damage;
* cooperate with funeral service workers to fulfill the wishes of the deceased's family members;
* dresses the dead in clothes chosen or provided by the relatives of the deceased;
* shave the deceased's face, arrange the deceased's hair, cut and trim the nails, close the eyes and mouth, tampon the mouth and nose if necessary.
