Performs maintenance and operation activities of medical institution buildings, organizes the protection of assets in them and ensures cleanliness and order.

Main activities

* performs minor repairs and ensures proper operation of engineering communications, vehicles;
* participates in carrying out asset disposal work and in annual asset inventory;
* monitors and assesses the condition of medical institution buildings, identifies malfunctions, structural problems and damage;
* ensures that building equipment, such as elevators and automatic doors, works properly and meets safety standards;
* prepares documents that comprehensively describe all building maintenance and operation activities.
