Main activities
* prepare travel routes, determine the duration of travel and hotel selection, taking into account client preferences and expectations;
* after the trip, the travel organizer collect feedback from clients and learn from their experience;
* provide clients with information about travel tips and safety throughout the journey;
* communicate with hotel and vehicle service providers and coordinate necessary travel organization matters;
* coordinate travel execution from start to finish, ensure that clients are informed about the travel schedule, and during the journey prepares drivers' schedules, coordinate catering services and provide necessary assistance during the journey.
