Main activities

plans activities in sports, education and participation events, adapts them to the needs of young people; 
lead employment activities including games, sports competitions, art workshops and events; 
communicates with young people, promotes constructive communication, understanding and a friendly atmosphere; 
provides individual advice, solves problems or advises on the choice of activities; 
ensures that activities are carried out safely and properly, supervises and regulates the behavior of young people.
