Provides home care services to vulnerable adults, including frail older people or disabled people who have physical disabilities or are receiving treatment. Improves the lives of individuals in the community and ensures that they live safely and independently in their own homes.
Main activities
provides assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, food preparation and other daily tasks;
ensures that clients take their prescribed medications properly, following the doctor's instructions;
communicates with clients, encouraging their activity and participation in social activities;
helps clients move and maintain mobility, avoid physical fatigue and injuries;
monitors the health status of clients, pays attention to possible symptoms or changes.

feel and understand the individual needs of clients and their feelings; know basic personal care practices, hygiene procedures and the basics of medication administration; communicate with clients and their family members; adapt to different clients, their needs and work schedule; provide basic first aid.
