Prepares contract projects, service documents and documents requiring formal registration, consults lawyers' clients on legal issues, checks the legality of documents. Helps the lawyer to provide legal assistance to clients.
Main activities
* find and analyze legal information necessary for clients' cases and formulates it understandably;
* help clients to get acquainted with their rights and obligations, provide advice and recommendations on how to solve legal issues;
* manage and supervise the law firm's office, prepare contracts, written language documents and other official documents;
* provide legal assistance in court, represent clients, prepare legal arguments and prepare for court sessions;
* serve clients, manage their correspondence, meetings, prepare schedules and timetables.
