Works with written document management and translation functions. Writes down dictated material stenographically (with a special script – simplified signs and abbreviations). Performs various clerical tasks, is responsible for writing down words and phrases dictated by stenographic tools and their transcription into written form.
Main activities
* write stenograms from events, ensure thorough transmission of information necessary for decision-making;
* manage and maintain written documentation, keep stenogram archives, ensure their safety and proper management;
* inform clients about possible alternatives and process optimization, use resources efficiently;
* manage stenographic tools and technologies, ensure their quality of operation and perform maintenance procedures;
* cooperate with clients and employees, respond to customer requests and needs, prepare information and report on important events.
