Main activities
* provide administrative support to the head of the legal institution and staff, schedules, manage documents, and write letters;
* accept and handle documents related to the activities of the legal institution, official written documents, legal acts, and correspondence;
* take care of the internal document management of the legal institution, their archiving and storage;
* ensure communication between the head of the legal institution and other officials and interested parties;
* perform administrative and organizational tasks, plan the budget, office supplies, and equipment.
