Advises clients on the application, installation and use of special equipment, spare parts or services. Consults clients on the layout of devices or the use of services, supervises or assists the client's employees in performing device installation work and ensures their operation, as described in technical requirement descriptions. Provides advice and recommendations to clients to improve their service delivery process and quality.
