Supervised and overseen by an agronomy engineer, performs technical tasks related to the study of various field crops, the creation of new methods to increase their productivity and improve their quality. Disseminates achievements in agronomy science and the latest methods and ways of agrotechnics.

Main activities

* recommend agrotechnics and farming methods, relying on the specifics and conditions of the cultivated plants;
* monitor plant growth, diseases, pests, yield, and promptly respond to emerging problems;
* plan and oversee tasks related to agrotechnics, seeds, fertilizers, and chemicals;
* prepare production and agrotechnical plans, calculate expenses, forecast profit;
* communicate with farmers and agronomists, provide recommendations, consult them on agrotechnics and plant care.
