Main activities

plans and organizes welding works, takes into account project requirements and welding specifications; 
trains and supervises employees, ensures that welders are qualified and safe at work; 
selects welding technologies and ensures compliance with quality standards; 
coordinates work safety and environmental protection measures, ensures a safe and healthy working environment; 
collaborates with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders, ensures a smooth welding process.
