Coordinates and supervises the activities of process control technicians and machine operators. Organizes and monitors production processes, leads a team of workers, monitors quality and safety in the production area.

Main activities

* organize production processes and their progress, know the technology of the production process, the quality requirements of products, the characteristics of products and the peculiarities of the production process flow;
* lead a team of workers, distribute work and monitor its execution, participate in the preparation and implementation of production plans;
* monitor the quality of the production process and perform necessary checks, collect data on the efficiency and quality of the production process, analyze data and suggest ways of improvement;
* responsible for safety and compliance with work rules in the production area, monitor the pace, quality and safety of workers and make necessary decisions;
* cooperate with other departments and managers for the optimization and improvement of the production process.
