Organizes and coordinates the course of shift technological processes, ensures effective use of production resources and implementation of the production plan, coordination with other company departments, oversees production technological quality requirements, delegates and coordinates the performance of employee tasks, supervision and planning of working time costs, control of compliance with production standards, team formation, development and motivation.
